Prior experience in the arts is used to determine appropriate class, level, and program placement, ensuring each student is challenged and supported at the right level.

Enrollment is renewed annually. Continued enrollment requires:
Students who do not meet expectations may be placed on probation or may not be invited to return.
• $300 for full‑time students (M–F),
• May be paid in two installments due August 1st and January 1st
• Covers all daily classroom supplies; families only provide supplies for specials classes (dance, art, drama) and a nap mat for PreK3 and PreK4
• Each student receives one full set of supplies plus one replacement set if items are lost; additional lost items become the family’s responsibility
• Supplies that are used up through normal daily use will be replenished by the school as needed
• All students are required to wear the official Hill Country Arts Academy uniform during the school day.
• Lands’ End is the primary uniform provider beginning Fall 2026; navy bottoms are the standard for all grades.
• French Toast items remain acceptable during the 2026–2027 school year and may be worn until outgrown or damaged.
• Performance wear cannot be grandfathered in; all students must transition to the updated performance uniform for the 2026–2027 school year.
• Full transition to the updated uniform program is expected by the 2027–2028 school year.
• Students must follow guidelines for tops, bottoms, outerwear, and footwear as outlined in the full Uniform Policy.
• Hair, accessories, and grooming should maintain a neat, professional, and distraction‑free appearance suitable for an arts‑focused learning environment.
• Uniforms must be clean, well‑fitting, and in good repair each day.
• Families are encouraged to label all uniform items with the student’s name.

Hill Country Arts Academy is now enrolling students for PreK‑3 through 9th Grade. Our year‑round academic and arts‑integrated program begins August 10th, offering a creative, structured, and nurturing environment where students learn through movement, music, visual arts, storytelling, and hands‑on exploration.
