Application Process

1. Student Inquiry Form: Interested families should begin by completing the Student Inquiry Form. After completing the form, application information, including an arts information packet, will be emailed to the family.

2. Submission of Arts Application Packet: Families should complete and submit the Arts Application Packet along with any required documents. This may include academic records, letters of recommendation, and a portfolio of the student's work, depending on the program they are applying for.

3. Review and Acceptance: Our admissions team will review the completed application packet. If the student meets the admission criteria, a link with further enrollment instructions will be sent to the families.

4. Enrollment: Upon acceptance, families will receive detailed instructions on how to complete the enrollment process. This includes submitting any remaining forms, paying tuition and academic supply fees, and attending orientation sessions.

Hill Country Arts Admission Policy

No student shall be admitted who:

Is ineligible to return to their previous school.
Has a history of disciplinary problems at prior schools.
Has academic deficiencies that cannot be addressed by HCAA (based on testing, prior school records, or information received from previous instructors).
Has emotional problems that cannot be met by HCAA.
Has a court record or a reputation of immoral behavior.
Has a physical handicap or learning disability for which HCAA is not equipped.
Has any other educational, social, or physical needs that cannot be met by HCAA's existing programs, services, or staff.

2025/2026 Tuition and Fees

Full Academy Enrollment

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Tuition: $550 per month (August–May)

Academic Supply Fees (Non-Refundable)

• Enrollment Fee: $150 (one-time)

• Individual Supply Lists: Provided for each arts major and grade level

Afterschool Enrichment Program

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30–6:00 PM

• Fee: $150 per month

Family Discounts

• Sibling Discount:

• 10% off tuition for the second student

• 5% off tuition for each additional studen
